Institute of Pre- and Proto-History and Archaeology of the Ancient Near East at the University of Heidelberg organizes a workshop about the new archaeological activities in the Iraki Kurdistan:
„Archaeological Research along the Tanjaro River (Iraq)“
The workshop will be held on 19th of June 2013 (Wednesday) at the Internationales Wissenschaftsforum Heidelberg, Hauptstr. 242.
It concerns settlement, history, historical geography and archaeological landscape of the Iraqi province Sulaimaniya.
Workshop is supported by the Excellence Initiative of the University of Heidelberg Global Networks and the center for scholarly exchange Internationales Wissenschaftsforum Heidelberg (IWH)
